Coto Releases Three New High-Current MOSFET Relays!

Coto Technology introduces its new, readily-available CotoMOS® MOSFET solid state Relays (with part numbers: C236S, C224S and C241S ) featuring high-current switching capabilities up to 5A and handling up to 60V conditions while providing up to 1500V of input to output isolation. Using highly-reliable, custom designed, MOSFET technology, CotoMOS® MOSFET solid state relays provide high-performance for applications requiring low input power, low on resistance and virtually unlimited life.

Coto Technology has announced the release of its new CotoMOS® C236S, C224S and C241S Series of miniature size high-current MOSFET relays. Designed for use in Automatic Test Equipment, Industrial Controls, and Measurement & Instrumentation applications, these relays are also ideal for use in Security systems and AI applications requiring low ON resistance.

The CotoMOS® C236S MOSFET series features high current switching capability to 2.5A with a low ON resistance of 0.06Ω nominal and is capable of handling 60V conditions while providing 1,500V of input to output isolation in a small SOP-4 package.

The CotoMOS® C224S MOSFET series features high current switching capability to 3.5A with a low ON resistance of 0.05Ω nominal and is capable of handling 40V conditions while providing 1,500V of input to output isolation in a small SOP-4 package.

The CotoMOS® C241S MOSFET series features high current switching capability to 5A with a low ON resistance of 0.02Ω nominal and is capable of handling 20V conditions while providing 1,500V of input to output isolation in a small SOP-4 package.

The relays are packaged in a 1A, 4-pin surface mount SOP configuration and are RoHS compliant.
These solid state relays are ideal for use in high-current applications where high reliability and long life are critical. All three relays are supplied in Tape and Reel packaging.
