C234S/C334S General Purpose MOSFET Relay
The C234S and C334S feature current switching capability to 180mA with a low on resistance of 8Ω Maximum. Designed for Security, Measurement and Instrumentation applications the CotoMOS® relay is capable of handling 200V load conditions.
