Coto Technology’s newest product release is the CotoMOS® S117X High-Voltage Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET Relay.  This powerful new solid state relay supports and sustains load voltages of 1700V while carrying a current of up to 170mA.

Coto Technology has announced the release of its new CotoMOS® S117X, a High-Voltage Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET Relay. This cutting-edge relay is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of various high-voltage applications, including Battery Management Systems (BMS), Factory Automation Control, Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations, Solar Inverters, and Smart Grids.

The CotoMOS® S117X is capable of supporting and sustaining load voltages of up to 1700 volts while delivering a current of up to 170mA, making it a robust solution for managing and controlling high-power systems. Leveraging the advanced properties of Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology, this relay offers superior efficiency, thermal performance, and durability compared to traditional silicon-based devices.
