The 9105 series is a high-reliability, high-voltage reed relay, 100% tested, available in both SMD and through-hole configurations, ideal for HV ATE applications and insulation in HV systems.
The 9105 series is a high-voltage reed relay available in both SMD and through-hole packages (DIP). It is capable of switching up to 1 kV, with a breaking voltage of up to 4.25 kV and dielectric strength voltages of 7 kV. This molded relay features a robust design manufactured under Coto’s higher quality standards, including an added diode for coil protection. It undergoes 100% testing, which includes high-voltage testing between all isolated points.
