CT338/CS338 High-Voltage MOSFET Relay
The CT338 and CS338 high-voltage MOSFET relays feature current switching capability to 80mA with a low on resistance of 50Ω Maximum. Designed for Security, Measurement and Instrumentation applications the CotoMOS® relay is capable of handling 600V load conditions.
