9853 Miniature SMD Reed Relay
Coto’s new 9853 provides the same electrical performance and PCB layout as the popular 9852 J-lead. The 9853 is now available for high-volume ATE applications and features real break-before-make switching, high speed and high performance – all within a new compact package design. The 9853 is ideally suited to the needs of Automated Test Equipment, Instrumentation and Telecommunications requirements.

CotoMOS® MOSFET Solid-State, High-Current Relays…
…featuring high-current switching capabilities up to 5A and handling up to 60V conditions while providing up to 1500V of input to output isolation. The new CotoMOS® C236S, C224S and C241S Series miniature-sized, high-current MOSFET relays are designed for use in Automatic Test Equipment, Industrial Controls, and Measurement & Instrumentation applications; however, these relays are also ideal for use in Security systems and AI applications requiring low ON resistance.

The CotoMOS® C241S MOSFET series features high current switching capability to 5A with a low ON resistance of 0.02Ω nominal and is capable of handling 20V conditions while providing 1,500V of input to output isolation in a small SOP-4 package.
The CotoMOS® C224S MOSFET series features high current switching capability to 3.5A with a low ON resistance of 0.05Ω nominal and is capable of handling 40V conditions while providing 1,500V of input to output isolation in a small SOP-4 package.
The CotoMOS® C236S MOSFET series features high current switching capability to 2.5A with a low ON resistance of 0.06Ω nominal and is capable of handling 60V conditions while providing 1,500V of input to output isolation in a small SOP-4 package.

RedRock® RR123-1H02-612 TMR Magnetic Sensor
The RedRock® RR123-1H02-612 is a digital magnetic sensor-switch ideal for use in small battery-powered applications such as portable medical devices. It is based on patented Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology with seamless CMOS integration.
The RedRock® RR123-1H02-612 is unique in its ability as a magnetic sensor/switch to enable a magnetically activated power turn function for power sensitive, battery operated devices by offering extremely low power consumption, an output latching function and small size. In addition the RR123-1H02-612 can be used in proximity sensing functions such as open/close detection or tamper detection.

9105 High Voltage Reed Relay…
… is ideal for High-Voltage / Energy Management applications.
This relay has a higher clearance between pins than Coto’s popular 9104 variation. The 9105 also has a higher Breaking Voltage (between contacts) and Dielectric Strength (Contacts to Coil), making it perfect for more demanding HV applications like Hi-Pot testers.

CT04 Overmolded Miniature Switch
Coto’s CT04 and CT05 overmolded switches are the smallest molded reed switches available in the market. And – although both can be used in general contactless sensing applications and can be activated by a magnet and/or an electromagnet, the CT04 is ideal for applications that need excellent performance without compromising on delivery times.
